2. Book Purchases & Payment Guidelines
TUNU Publishers sells printed literature, curriculum keys and exam trackers. All digital product pricing tags are declared in Kenyan Shillings (KES). We reserve the absolute right to correct mistakes on price labels without liabilities.
We accept payment processing via Safaricom M-Pesa, plus verified Visa/Mastercard networks. Orders will not be packed or authorized for dispatch until payment confirmation clearance is registered in our portal.
3. Delivery Channels & Returns Policy
We leverage local courier pathways, cargo services and physical pickups at our headquarters in Nairobi to facilitate deliveries across Kenya:
- Dispatch Duration: Paid orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding holidays).
- Defect Returns: If you receive a book copy with misprinted texts or physical damage, file an exchange query within 48 hours of reception.
- Condition of Exchange: Authorized physical returns are eligible for identical title replacements only if returned in unused condition.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Laws
The entire layout of this portal, including book descriptions, graphic designs, metadata, logo marks and digital book covers, is the exclusive creative property of TUNU Publishers Limited.
Unauthorized photocopy reproductions, mass digital scans, or public sharing of our curriculum publications (such as Kosa la Popo, Kudurusu Fasihi, or Mizani) without signed licensing consents is illegal and punishable under the Copyright Act (Cap 130) of Kenya.
5. Acceptable Website Use
You agree to use our digital shop strictly for lawful personal or corporate book sourcing. You may not deploy script robots, scrapers, automated catalog download systems, or code vulnerabilities designed to corrupt our checkout database.
6. Limitations of Liability
TUNU Publishers endeavors to offer verified curriculum-aligned textbook materials. However, academic syllabus demands may change. We do not guarantee specific academic results, test grades, or exam performance outcomes through the use of our guides.
TUNU Publishers will not be held liable for delayed courier deliveries due to severe weather incidents, transit blockades, or local network downtime during online payment attempts.
7. Governing Law
These terms of service and any transaction disputes shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in complete alignment with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal grievances must be processed in competent courts based in Nairobi, Kenya.
If any clause of this document is declared invalid by a judicial authority, the remaining clauses shall continue in full operation.
